We provide a fully integrated 24/7 claims reporting line and your claims service will be delivered by an expert, dedicated team and on a fully white-labelled basis. Our dedicated team are fully trained to deal with all customer enquiries, guaranteeing we deliver a high level of service. Our Fleet
We provide a full nationwide delivery and collection service, and our fleet of over 850 vehicles ranges from 50cc scooters to 1000cc Superbikes and 1250cc Tourers. We have the capacity to ensure that we’ll always offer a like for like vehicle that is most suitable for you and your customers.
Motorcycle Repair
Our nationwide network of repairers will quickly undertake a full assessment and provide an estimated cost of repair.
Where possible, we aim to repair parts rather than replacing them. This helps to minimise total losses whilst saving the underwriter money and driving customer retention. Our processes are designed to reduce the cost of repair, ensuring we pass the savings on to the insurer.
Our network gives us access to the largest green-parts supply in Europe and, subject to the customer’s agreement, we can reduce the repair cost and mitigating any potential parts delays.
